Reminder about our schedule this weekend: Saturday, there are NO morning classes! Just come on up at 5pm for the big bday bash! Sunday, we will be closed so everyone can recover from a successful evening.

Every 90s for 7 Rounds, building each time:
- 3 Touch and Go Power Cleans. Start at 70% 1RM

7 Rounds, each for time:
- 150m Run
- 10 Burpees
- Rest 1 minute
