The workout for 12/1 is...


8 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 2 Burpees
- 2 Jumping Lunges (R/L = 1)
- 4 Burpees, 4 Lunges, etc. Keep adding 2 reps until time is up
Rest 4 minutes then for time:
- 50 Push Ups (feeling saucy? Make these clapping or plyometric!)
- 50 Air Squats
- 25 Push Ups
- 25 Air Squats
