Bring Sally Up (95/65) or scale weight to be able to work the entire time.

Spend 10 minutes working up to a moderately heavy Hang Power Clean.

2 min As many Toes to Bar as possible
-- Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes As many Jumping Lunges as possilbe (count every rep)
-- Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes as far as possible on a HS walk (mod: bear crawls)
-- Rest 4 minutes
6 minutes to Establish 1 heavy hang power clean
