|1 Clean + Front Squat + Jerk. Add weight each time. Start at 50% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk|
|Immediately into Every 2 minutes for 4 Sets:|
|- 1 Clean and Jerk (start heavier than final EMOM weight, if possible)|
|You'll have 4 chances to hit at or above your 1RM from the benchmark.|
