The workout for 12/14 is...

15 minutes EMOM
1 Clean + Front Squat + Jerk. Add weight each time. Start at 50% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk
Immediately into Every 2 minutes for 4 Sets:
- 1 Clean and Jerk (start heavier than final EMOM weight, if possible)
You'll have 4 chances to hit at or above your 1RM from the benchmark.
