18 minute AMRAP
10 KB Sumo DL High Pulls (72/53)
10 Alternating Step Ups with empty bar on back (45/35) 24/20"
100 Double Unders (or 400m Run if weather permits)
20 KB Sumo DL High Pulls
20 Alternating Step Ups with empty bar on back
100 Double Unders (or 400m Run)
30 KB Sumo DL High Pulls
30 Alternating Step Ups with empty bar on back
100 Double Unders (or 400m Run)
(keep adding 10 to the SDHP and Step Ups but Double Unders/Run remain the same). You will alternate between Double Unders and running, if weather permits. Otherwise, you will row 450m instead of running.
