3 Attempts to find your max reps of Double Unders without stopping. If you struggle with DUs, do 3 times max attempts in 60s. Rest as needed between.

5 x 3 min AMRAPs. Rest 1 min between and pick up where you left off:
- 4 Overhead Squats (95/65)
- 8 OH Alternating Lunges (8 total)
- 12 Slam Balls (40/30)
