The workout for 12/15 is...


6x2 Rep Touch and Go Snatch (either power or squat) Work up to heaviest 2 rep. (20 minutes including warm up sets)
6x2 Back Squat from the Rack. Work up to heaviest 2 rep. (20 minutes including warm up sets)

20-15-10-5 for time:
- Burpees
- V ups
(5 minute cap)
