Looking forward to the annual "12 Days of CrossFit" WOD? Then make sure you come to class on Tuesday, 12/20! This gives you plenty of time to recover from this Saturday's party!

40s Work/20s Rest for 8 minutes at each station. Alternating movements:
1
- Tire Flips
- Goblet Squats (35/25)
(Rest 2 minutes)
2
- Double Battle Ropes
- Plank Hold
(Rest 2 minutes)
3
- Overhead Lunges (45/35 plate)
- Strict Chin Ups
(Rest 2 minutes)
4
- Shuttle Runs
- Ring Support Hold
