Pause Back Squats. 3x6. Strict 3 second pause at the bottom. (20 minutes). In between each set, do 3 Pull Up or Muscle Up Negatives as slowly as possible (10-15 seconds each.)

12 minute AMRAP:
- 500m Row Buy in then in remaining time
- 50 Double Unders (1 minute practice or pick a number you can acheive in about a minute)
- 40 Air Squats
- 20 V ups
