4 sets: 2 front squats + 2 jerk. Build each time if possible. Then 4 sets 2 front squat + 1 jerk.
Every 5 minutes for 2 rounds. 1 min rest between rounds
- 15 Sumo kb deadlift high pulls (72/53)
- 15 Push ups then
- As many wall balls (20/14) in remaining time
Score is total Wall Balls.
