Every 90 seconds for 7 sets:
- 1 High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + 1 Full Snatch without setting bar down. Add weight each time to find heaviest complex for the day.

10 minute AMRAP:
- 10 Overhead Squats (75/55) or 50% of your heaviest complex
- 30 Double Unders (30s practice)
