The workout for 12/28 is...
Remember, we begin our added programs next week (1/4)!
- Yoga is now Tues 5:45-6:30pm and Thurs 6:45-7:30pm
- Office Hours Thursdays 4-6pm in 30-minute time slots. Sign up ahead of time through Mindbody Online .

So, why do we offer Yoga? According to this article , here's one reason...
"CrossFit and yoga go together like fresh donuts and really good coffee."

New Year’s Week (12/28 – 1/3) Hours:
o Mon/Tues/Weds: Regular Classes. Lifting Classes Included
o Thurs: 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm (last class of the day)
o Friday: 10am WOD only
o Sat: 8:30am Endurance and 10am WOD
o Sun: 12-2pm Open Gym

5x2 Weighted Strict Pull Ups or Weighted Strict Muscle Ups. Rest 90s between rounds. May add weight each time. Try using lighter bands than you did for the benchmark for this section.

8 Rounds for time:
- 3 HSPU (if close to having HSPU do one 5 second negative. Otherwise, 1 wall walk)
- 6 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 1 Power Clean (225/155)
(14 minute cap)
