New Year’s Week (12/28 – 1/3) Hours:
o Mon/Tues/Weds: Regular Classes. Lifting Classes Included
o Thurs: 5:30am, 6:30am, 12pm (last class of the day)
o Friday: 10am WOD only
o Sat: 8:30am Endurance and 10am WOD
o Sun: 12-2pm Open Gym

10 minutes Rope Climb Practice/Technique then 8/6 Rope Climbs for Time. Mod: Rope Drops

5 minute AMRAP, rest 1 minute between stations:
A: 5 Toes to Bar, 10 Air Squats
B: 5 Calorie Row, 10 Box Jumps (30/24)
C: 5 Ring Dips, 10 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (70/53)
