The workout for 12/5 is...


5 sets: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 3 Push Press + 2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk. Must control weight down from overhead. Start at 50% 1RM Clean and Jerk and add if possible. Rest 2 min between sets.

For time:
- 3 Rounds Cindy (1 Round = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats)
- 200m Run (or Row)
- 2 Rounds Cindy
- 400m Run (or Row)
- 1 Round Cindy
- 600m Run (or Row)
(16 minute cap)
