The workout for 12/6 is...

Depth Jump Complex. Set up 3 boxes, each increasing in height. Jump to first one, then jump down (forward) and immediately jump onto next box, and repeat for third. Complete 10 complexes total.

14 minutes:
- 50 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Thrusters (75/55)
- 50 Double Unders
- As many HSPU in remaining time (mod piked)
