The workout for 12/7 is...


Every 3 minutes for 5 Rounds
- 2 Rope Climbs (legless if you have them. If you're working on your rope climbs, do 1 rep or jump/wrap/hold/pull for 45 seconds of work)
- Then in remaining time as many rounds as possible of:
- 15 KB Swings (53/35)
- 15 Hollow Rockers
Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Score is total rounds + reps for each 3 minute work period.
