- Med Ball Clean Wall Balls (30/20)
- 40 Double Unders (Rx is Unbroken. If you mess up, must start set over). 80 singles (go for unbroken here too). Rest in any remaining time

Rest 7:00 - 9:00 then from 9:00 - 16:00

21-15-9
- Wall Balls (20/14)
- Toes to Bar. Rest in remaining time.

Rest 16:00 - 18:00 then

- Air Squats
- Ab Mat Sit Ups
