The workout for 2/1 is...


Weekly Raffle Contest! Each day, you may earn 1 raffle ticket by:

Back Squat
5 @ 65%
5 @ 75%
5+ @ 85% (do as many reps as possible here. If you need to rest at the top for more than 1 breath, you are done. Quick reps)
(Base these off of 90% of your 1RM, not your 1RM)
(15 minutes)

4 Rounds each for time:
- 12 KB Thrusters Right (53/35)
- 200m Run
- 12 KB Thrusters Left
- 50 Double Unders (60s work)
Rest 1 min after each round

*Accessory Work:
Tabata Alternating: V Ups/Wall Facing Shoulder Taps (or in a plank position)
