2 Rounds for Quality:
- 10 Single Leg Deadlifts Right
- 10 Single Leg Deadlifts Left (may use KB for weighted, but only if form is perfect)
- 10 Candlesticks

2 Rounds. Rest 2 minutes between A and B and in between rounds
A. 3 minutes to complete 400m Run. In remaining time, as many Ab Mat Sit Ups as Possible
B. 3 minutes to complete 400m Run. In remaining time, as many strict Handstand Push Ups OR as many meters in a HS walk as possible. (mod: regular push ups)
