Front Squats 2x4 @ 70%, 2x4 @ 75%
(20 minutes)

3 Rounds for total reps at each station. Work 1:30, rest/transition :30. No rest between rounds
- Atlas Stone to Shoulder (95/70)
- Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: Barbell Bodyweight rows)
- Walking Lunges holding KB in each hand at your side (count each step) (35/25)
