The workout for 2/12 is...

Mobility Time! 10-12 minutes to stretch it on out.

5-4-3-2-1:
- OH Squats (135/95)
- Deadlifts (135/95)
- Squat Cleans (135/95)
- Burpee box jump over complex (each rep consists of 3 burpee box jumps - 1 to 20/16, 1 to 24/20, 1 to 30/24). You will go through this "course" the number of reps each round (5-4-3-2-1).
