- Doing 15+ minutes of mobility
- Bringing a friend to our 10am Saturday Community Class

10 minute EMOM
- Work on your gymnastics skill for 40s. Rest 20s

5 min AMRAP:
- 8 Ball Slams (40/30)
- 8 HSPU
Rest 1 minute
5 min AMRAP:
- 8 Calorie Row
- 8 GHD Sit Ups
Rest 1 minute
5 min AMRAP:
- 8 Toes to Bar
- 8 Overhead Squats (75/55)

Accessory Work:
3 attempts at a max effort set of push ups. Rest as needed between sets. Record in Beyond the Whiteboard.
