Attend our Renaissance Periodization (RP) and Beyond the Whiteboard Info Meeting this Thursday, 7:30 - 8:30pm. More info here! 

Split Jerk from the Rack. 5x2. Start at 70% and build in weight each time. (15 minutes). In between each round, hold a 30s hollow position

For time:
- 5 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 600m Run
- 10 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 400m run
- 15 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 200m Run
