Alternating EMOM 14
Evens: 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Snatch (either power or squat)
Odds: 20 Double Unders (or 30 singles) + 10 Ab Mat Sit ups

3x4min AMRAP. Rest 1 min between and pick up where you left off:
- 5 Slam Balls (30/20)
- 10 KB Swings (53/35)
- 15 Air Squats
