Back Squats
8 @65%
8 @70%
6 @ 80%
6 @ 85%
(20 minutes)

10 minute AMRAP:
- 700/600m Row Buy In then in remaining time
- 2 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 2 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
- 4 Deadlifts
- 4 Lateral Burpees
- 6 Deadlifts
- 6 Lateral Burpees, etc. Keep adding 2 until time is up
