The workout for 2/18 is...

Attend our Renaissance Periodization (RP) and Beyond the Whiteboard Info Meeting tonight, 7:30 - 8:30pm. More info here! 

1. 1 legless Rope climbs/2 regular (mod: jump up and hold with wrap x 3)
2. 30s hs hold or 30s hs walks for distance
3. 100m run

Rest 3 minutes then 10 min death by hang power clean (115/80) + wall balls (20/14)

Minute 1: 1 hang power clean + 1 wall balls
Minute 2: 2 hang power cleans + 2 wall balls
If you can not complete all reps in a given minute, start back at 1 and continue through the remainder of the workout
