2 Front Squat + 1 Jerk. Take 15 minutea and work up to something heavy

Tabata:
- Chin over bar hold (may use box.bands)
- HS Holds OR strict HSPU
Rest 2 minutes then
For time:
- 25 Front Squat Buy in @ 50% of your heavy set from above then. Taken from the ground
3 Rounds
- 50 Double Unders (90s practice OR cut reps)
- 20 Ring Push Ups
(8 minute cap)

Accessory:
3x5
- Strict Pull Ups
- Strict Dips
(use more weight or fewer bands than you've been using)
