Weekly Raffle Contest! Each day, you may earn 1 raffle ticket by:
- Doing the day's accessory work before or after class
- Doing 15+ minutes of mobility
- Bringing a friend to our 10am Saturday Community Class
That's a total of 11 tickets you can earn each week! The winning ticket will be drawn during the Saturday 10am

7 minute AMRAP at each station. Rest 2 min between:

- 10 Hang Squat Snatch (95/65)
- 5 Burpee Toes to Bar

- 10 Push Press (95/65)
- 2 Rope Climbs

- 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
- 75m Run with Med Ball (20/14). Carry any way

5 minutes:
- 30s Plank Hold
- 30s Tuck Ups (v up but bending knees in)
Score is total number of tuck ups
