4x3 choose: Snatch Balance with 3-sec pause at bottom, front squat with 3-sec pause or back squat with 3-sec pause. Start at 65% and add weight each round.
Open WOD 12.3 (because why not take a stroll down memory lane?)
18 minute AMRAP
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20) with step down
- 12 Push Press (115/75)
- 9 Toes to Bar (mod: hanging knee raises)
