- Doing the day's accessory work before or after class
- Doing 15+ minutes of mobility
- Bringing a friend to our 10am Saturday Community Class

Every 90s for 8 Rounds
- 2 Clean Lift Offs + 1 Power Clean. Add weight each time, as long as form and tempo are maintained

Back Squat
5 @ 70%
5 @ 80%
5+ @ 85% (do as many reps as possible here. If you need to rest at the top for more than 1 breath, you are done. Quick reps). Compare this number to the reps you did at this same weight on Feb 1.
(Base these off of 90% of your 1RM, not your 1RM)

5 minute AMRAP
- 7 Deadlifts (135/95)
- 7 Jumping Lunges (R/L =1)

Accessory:
6 min Mobility:
- 1 min Couch Stretch each leg
- 1 min Chest Opening strestch each side
- 1 minute pigeon stretch each leg
