15 minutes to find a 3RM Power Clean. May either touch and go or very quick reset

Using 70% of 3RM from S/S:
3 Rounds for time:
- 10 Hang Power Cleans
- 10 Ring Dips (Mod: dips between 2 boxes or 5 negatives)
- 50 Double Unders (or 100 singles/90s practice)
- 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups
