|- 15 Front Squat (135/95)|
|- 15 HSPU (mod: 7 Wall Walks)|
|- 5 Back Squat (165/115) from ground|
|- 5 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: banded Bar MU if close to BMU or 5 ring MU transition to dip out drills)|
