New to CrossFit? That's ok! The open has a scaled division too - this will be a fun and pressure-free 5-week series of workouts. Questions? Just ask any coach!

A. Double Tabata: 8 minutes: 40s on/20s off
- Row for Calories
- Hollow hold
Score is total calories minus number of seconds you do not hold hollow.

B. For total time:
- 10 Tire Flip Jump Through Buy in then:
2 Rounds
- 40 KB Swings (53/35)
- 30 Burpees
