The workout for 2/27 is...
|Since you guys were so great about doing the suggested accessory work, we have decided to keep it on the daily programming. While we don't have one big upcoming raffle, we will draw a ticket each week at the Saturday community class. So, earm 1 ticket for daily accessory work, 1 for showing up for the 10am Saturday Community class and 1 for bringing a friend to that class! Must be present to win.
|Every 30s for 6 minutes (12 reps):|
|- 1 Clean + Push Press @ 85-90% of your 1RM Power Snatch
|50-40-30 for time:|
|- Ab Mat Sit Ups|
|- Back Squats (75/55)|
|- Pull Ups (jumping pull ups)|
|(15 minute cap)
|2 minutes: As many Ring Dips as possible. Mod: Banded ring dips|
