The workout for 2/28 is...

EMOM 20
Odds: 1 Snatch AHAP (power or squat)
Evens: Choose from the following:
- 7 Push Ups
- 7 Kipping HSPU
- 3 Strict HSPU + 4 Kipping

Get to 300 Double Unders (or as many in the time cap)
Every minute do 7 Wall Balls (20/14), starting at 0:00
(7 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
4 minutes holding a plank any way. May rotate through regular, side, reverse but hold for 4 min
