3x 2min Max Distance HS Walk. Rest 1 min between and record total distance.
Mod: 3x Max Effort holds. Rest 1 min between. Record all 3 times.

12 minute AMRAP:
- 3 Snatch Complex: 1 Complex = 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch all at 65% 1RM Squat Snatch (count each complex as 1 rep)
- 200m Run
