5 minute AMRAP
- Squat Cleans (165/110)
- Jerk (165/110)
Scale down to about 60% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk

15 minute AMRAP for quality (no score) Do not move fast: focus on form:
- 2 Negative Pull Ups (8-12 seconds on decent) or Muscle Up Negatives
- 4 Negative HSPU (6-8 seconds)
- 8 Pistols (4R/4L)
