The workout for 2/5 is...

OH Squats from the rack: 5-5-5
(15 minutes)

*3 Rounds for time:
- 10 Hang Power Snatch (135/95)
- 20 Walking Goblet Lunges 35/25 (R/L = 1)
- 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups
(15 min cap)
*5 Total Sled Pulls (135/95) must be completed at some point throughout the workout. Facing away going down, facing the sled coming back.
