Back Squat
3 @70%
3 @ 80%
3+ @ 90% (do as many reps as possible here. If you need to rest at the top for more than 1 breath, you are done. Quick reps)
(Base these off of 90% of your 1RM, not your 1RM)
(15 minutes)

2 minute AMRAP
Rest 2 minutes
4 minute AMRAP
Rest 4 minutes
3 Rounds For time
- 6 Power Snatch (95/65)
- 12 Total Front Rack Alternating Lunges (95/65)
- 40 Double Unders (30s practice or reduce reps)
(you will have 3 scores: AMRAP2, AMRAP4 and For time)

Accessory Work:
8-7-6-5-4
- Strict Pull Ups
- Strict Ring Dips
(using 5RM weight/bands)
