For time:
- 500m Row
- 100 Double Unders (3 minutes)
- 10 Ring Muscle Ups (mod: 15 Strict Pull Ups/15 Strict Ring Dips) OR can work assisted MU Transition for 15 reps
- 30 Front Squats (135/95)
