Every 90s for 10 Rounds: 2 Snatch Lift Off + 2 Snatch Deadlifts + 1 Snatch High Pull. Start at 75% and add weight each time.

Record each time.

Accessory Work:
Spend 1 minute in each of the following stretches:
- Couch Stretch each leg
- Pigeon each leg
- LAX Ball in traps/shoulders on each side.
