Tempo Pause Front Squat. 6x2. Working up to a heavy double. 3 second down, 2 second pause, 1 second up.
(20 minutes)

For time:
- 500m Row
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Sit Ups
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 Pull Ups (mod:jumping pull ups)
(9 minute cap)

Accessory Work (to be done with no rest between sections):
- 2 minute plank hold
- 2 minute max reps of V ups
- 1 minute plank hold
- 1 minute max reps V ups
