6 @ 65%
6 @ 75%
2x6 @ 80%

2-4-6-8-10 for time:
- Single Arm KB Front Squat R (53/35)
- Single Arm KB Front Squat L (53/35)
- Ring Push Ups
- 30 Double Unders (60 singles) after each round
(10 min cap)
