The workout for 3/1  is...

For time:
- 50 Box Step Ups (25R/25L) holding KBS or DBS 24/20” (choose weight)
- 50 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
- 50 Front Rack Alternating Lunges (total) (95/65)
- 50 Calorie Row
- 50 Ball Slams (40/30)
(20 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
4 sets max effort strict pull ups (use band from 5RM). Rest 2 minutes between attempts.
