Post WOD Accessory Work, for quality. 3 Rounds
- 8 Single Leg Deadlifts holding a KB in each hand. Choose weight. May also practice pistols here.
- 30s Hollow Rocks
- 30s Arch Rocks
- 2 attempts for longest unbroken HS Walk (2 attempts each round.) Mod: 1 attempt to old max wall-facing HS as long as possible.
