7 minute amrap:
- 10 power snatch (75/55)
- 3 bar muscle ups (scaled: 6 jumping chest to bar pull ups)

Rest 5 minutes then every 2 minutes for 7 rounds (Heavy!):
- 1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 push jerk
