The workout for 3/13  is...

EMOM 6 : 3 Touch and Go Power Cleans @ 70-75% of your 1RM Power Clean. Focus on fast elbows and catching in a low power position, not a WIDE position.

3 Rounds for time:
- 12 Deadlifts (115/75)
- 10 Hang Power Cleans
- 8 Front Squats
- 6 Push Jerks
- 200m Run
- 1 minute Rest
(12 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
- 3x10 Barbell Ab Roll Outs
