- 3 Front Squats taken from the ground at 55-60% of your 1RM front squat)

10 Rounds for time:
- 3 KB Snatch Right (53/35)
- 3 KB Snatch Left
- 3 Deficit Handstand Push Ups (45/35 plates) mod: Deficit Regular Push Ups
- 75m Run
(16 minute cap)
