The workout for 3/15 is...

5x5 Strict Ring Dips (weighted if possible). Mod: Dips on boxes or 5x2 Ring Dip Negatives

12 minute AMRAP:
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 12 Pull Ups (mod: kipping swings)
- 9 Floor Wipers (135/95) R/L = 1
Rest 1 minute then:
- 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups for time
