The workout for 3/15  is...

1 1/4 Back Squat. 5x5. Work up to a challenging 5 and then do 4 more sets at that same weight.
(20 minutes)

10 minute AMRAP:
- 8 Push Ups
- 6 Strict Pull Ups (bands)
- 20 Walking Lunges

Accessory Work: 6 whole minutes of mobility. We KNOW you have 6 minutes…
- 1 min couch stretch on each leg
- 1 min pigeon stretch on each side
- 1 min banded lat stretch on each side
